GENERAL TERMS OF SERVICE

Please make sure you have read all terms

This service is for personal use, if you want to commission for commercial use (like videogames, movies, short films, or something related) please contact me via email to discuss specific terms. The commissioner will have complete ownership of the finished work, the only uses prohibited in this service are reselling, commercial use, and erasure of my signature. Prices are in USD, please make sure to confirm the conversion in your currency. Details regarding price can be discussed to ensure a quality finished work if there is a limited budget.

Payment will be via PayPal or bank transfer split in two:

–50% deposit before realization of the first general sketch.
–50% before the final files are delivered.

Progress of the commission at different stages will be sent, such as:

-SKETCH: Low-fidelity audio or music prototypes that require basic feedback about timing, pacing, cadence, vibe, and instrument changes. Rudimentary mix.
-IDENTITY SKETCH: Giving an identity to the audio (mainly in SFX department). In music, a track with the main melodies, instruments, and also most of the song structure. More polished in terms of balance, mix and variations.
-PRE-FINAL AUDIO: Polish of audio. Approved ideas will be shown in this “final” version. Structure and duration will be defined here. Loudness and panning rules for the mix are satisfactorily met.
-FINAL: Final audio mix. Delivery of files in any format required.

Revisions and corrections in each phase are limited to 3, if more revisions are needed these will have an extra charge of $10 USD in SFX and $20USD in music. If there is a need to restart completely the work, it will be required a new initial payment of 50%. Changes regarding volume, mix, and equalizer (lows, highs, pitch) can be made at any time.

WAV and any other audio format file will be provided at the highest possible quality.

Refund or cancellation requests are only available 5 hours after the first payment. I deserve the right to publish or use in portfolio the finished work unless stated otherwise by the commissioner.

The client will be in charge of doing the whole process of registering the music if it is needed. In case of require help with this process it will be extra charges.

The discussion and revision of the contracts will be discussed by both, the client and commissioner.

Tokenization into Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) is prohibited.

I deserve the right to refuse any commission.
